Yoga for Beginners: Part 1

Come roll out your mat with me! I will provide an overview of the philosophy of yoga and introduce you to the most common yoga poses. We will be a small group of no more than 8 students and you will receive individual attention and personalized modifications for every pose we cover.

This workshop is for you if you are new to yoga or coming back to yoga and you want helpful feedback to establish a solid foundation for your practice.
