Our time together will include Yin, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra and Reiki (my newest offering).

Yin Yoga

Gather in a warm, candlelit space to honor the transition into winter. Our evening sanctuary begins with a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice, allowing you to stretch and release tension stored deep within your body.

Sound Bath

As you rest, you will bathe in the soothing, ethereal vibrations of my sound bowls. The resonant tones will wash over you, clearing energetic pathways and guiding you toward deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra

Often called “yogic sleep”, this guided meditation leads you to the liminal space between waking and sleeping, a place of deep physiological and psychological rest.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing based on the flow of universal life force energy (ki or chi) that flows through all living things. As a Reiki practitioner, I act as a conduit for this energy, typically placing my hands lightly on or just above your body to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing abilities. Reiki is a gentle practice and helps to balance energy and support emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
