Join me for an immersive day of movement, mindfulness, and community on Seattle’s historic Queen Anne Hill. Designed to clear the winter fog and prep the body for spring, this retreat offers a holistic blend of active Vinyasa, ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, and deep energetic healing.

Investment: $200 (Due at registration) - includes lunch, snacks and tea
The Experience
10:00 am - Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Nidra: An opening flow to wake up the body, followed by "yogic sleep" for deep nervous system repair.
11:45 am - Vegan Lunch: A nourishing plant-based meal at a local Queen Anne favorite (TBD).
12:30 pm - Neighborhood Walk: A refreshing walk to Kerry Park to take in the iconic Seattle skyline (weather permitting).
1:15 pm - Ayurveda for Kapha Season: Educational session on staying balanced during late winter and spring, accompanied by seasonal tea and snacks.
2:15 pm - Asana Play: An interactive session focused on arm balances (or requests from the group!).
3:00 pm - Sound Bath & Reiki: A restorative final hour of sound healing and Reiki to help you feel grounded and balanced.
This retreat is curated to move stagnant energy, brighten your spirit, and leave you feeling physically energized and mentally clear.
