This weekend is designed to help you find your center with a focus on balancing, calming, and centering asana suitable for all levels. Our practice will also include guided and silent meditation, deeply calming restorative sessions, and an enchanting evening sound bath.

In between our nourishing farm-to-table meals and yoga sessions, you'll have ample time to explore the beautiful surrounding trails, engage in reflective journaling, or simply unwind with a good book, a peaceful nap, or quiet contemplation.
