Step into the season with stability and calm. This annual practice is specifically designed to help you find your center and ground during the energetic transition into fall.
We will begin with a sound bath, a revered technique for deep relaxation. You will be gently enveloped in a tapestry of soothing sounds created by my crystal sound bowls. This calming auditory experience fosters deep peace and mindfulness.
While the sounds wash over you, I will guide you through restorative Yin postures to stimulate your body's energetic meridians. This gentle movement encourages a vibrant flow of Qi (life force energy) throughout your system.
The journey culminates in supported savasana. Here, nestled in cozy comfort, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra(conscious sleep) to encourage a profound release of habitual mind patterns and experience a deep, rejuvenating rest.
