Restorative Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra

A donation class to benefit Mary’s Place.

Please join me and Mitchell Green to raise money for Mary’s Place. I will offer the sound bath and Mitchell will guide you through Yoga Nidra.

Mary’s Place provides support and resources for women, children, and families in King County.
